Front Leg Splint
Limb injuries in pets usually require bandages or splints that immobilize the extremity.
t is made of thermodeformable polypropylene for a better fit and the inside is covered with closed-cell foam.
Dog splints can be used in cases of neurological deficit, neuropraxias, and other problems of the brachial plexus and radial nerve.
Sizes
"A" measurement is taken from the carpal pad (at the wrist), extending down the back side of the limb, under the foot, until reaching the longest toe (standing position).

"B" measurement refers to the total length of the splint. Place a flexible tape measure under the animal's paw and measure from the longest toe, extending up the back of the limb to the mid-forearm (standing position).

The XXS size is for very small dogs or cats.

Important: It is highly recommended to regularly check the area for chafing or sores. Occasionally, especially when the size is a bit large but not enough to require a larger size, the limb can be wrapped in a cohesive bandage to increase the thickness of the leg and improve the fit of the splint.
